SHIPPING UPDATE

Recently, we discovered our European fulfilment partner unexpectedly closed its doors.This has put us in an extremely difficult situation, and unfortunately it’s resulted in us being unable to ship orders within the EU. Please know that we’re working as fast as we can to explore every possible option and resolve this situation.

As a result, we are temporarily pausing orders until we find a new fulfilment partner and can provide a realistic timeframe for delivery. This temporary change means you won’t be able to add products to your cart, but you can sign up to be notified the moment our fulfilment is in operation.

If you have placed an order that is still unfulfilled, rest assured that it will be filled as priority as soon as we can. If you haven’t heard from our team about this update and your order, please reach out to us via the Contact us page.

The timeframes below are a guide outside peak shipping periods. They can be affected by local circumstances.


Åland Islands, Armenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Malta, Isle of Man, Turkey, Vatican City:  3-7 days
Italy, Poland: 2-4 days
Belgium: 1-2 days
Czechia: 4-5 days
Greece: 10-12 days
Ireland, Republic of: 3-6 days
Luxembourg: 2-3 days
Netherlands: 1-3 days

Tracking your order

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update. You can track your package on our contact page, please use the email/phone number you placed your order with. 


FAQs


Can I return/exchange my order?

Unhappy with your purchase? No worries! You can return it free of charge for a refund within 60 days of receiving your order, provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them. You can request a return online, using our contact page. To log in, you will need the email address or phone number you placed your order with. If the item was a gift, please contact us with the full name of the person who placed the order and we'll get back in touch with instructions. Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, we will refund you the full price of the product within 5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom and USA. And we cover most areas in Canada, Europe, and Asia. If you would like to place an order for a friend/family member located in a different country to you, please email our customer service team on contact@shaktimat.com to organise a custom order.


My Mat/Pillow is the wrong intensity. Can I exchange it?

If you find your Mat or Pillow too light, or too intense, you may exchange it for another intensity within 60 days, provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them. You can start your exchange online, using our contact page. To log in, you will need the email address or phone number you placed your order with. If the item was a gift, please contact us with the full name of the person who placed the order and we'll get back in touch with instructions for exchange.

*This applies to Shakti products bought directly through the Shakti EU website only. Products bought from any of our retailers are not eligible for returns, or exchanges directly with Team Shakti Distribution Limited. In the event you are wanting to return/exchange a Shakti product that has been purchased through one of our retailers, you must arrange this directly with the retailer you bought it from. Each retailer will have their own return & exchange policy.
