I was concerned how I would feel wrapping those acupressure discs around my head, but I have to say after trying it for only 15 minutes I felt immediate clarity and am now excited each day to wear it. The band is well made and gives you a "Ninja" type of look, all while giving you the acupressure you need to melt away stress and the onset of headaches. Both of which I suffer from!
