RETURNS

Unhappy with your purchase? No worries! You can return it free of charge for an exchange or refund within 60 days of receiving your order, provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them and purchased at full-price or on a limited-time promotion. 

To return your product, take a look at our Returns & Exchanges page. You will need the order number and email address, or phone number you placed your order with.

Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, we will refund you the full price of the product within 5 working days.

EU STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you’re an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason. If you choose to exercise this right, you must notify us within this 14-day period and return the product to us. The item should be returned in accordance with our return requirements. Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue your refund in line with applicable EU consumer law.

Heads up! While the EU right of withdrawal applies for 14 days, we actually offer a more generous policy for all customers: 60-day free returns and exchanges, giving you extra time and flexibility to decide whether Shakti is right for you.

To cancel your purchase under the EU right of withdrawal, go to our Returns & Exchanges page, fill in your order details, select ‘Return Item’ then choose ‘Order withdrawal’. You’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label to your email address on file that you can print and secure to your parcel. Once you ship your items back and they are processed, we will be in touch to provide you a full refund.

LATE/MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. If it still has not shown up, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If your credit card company can't help you, please contact your bank - there can often be some processing time on your bank's end before a refund is posted.
