    Back Saver

This helps me have be best sleeps, completely relaxes me and sets up my day when I use it in the morning. My back feel so good after a 20 minute session. The first couple minutes are mildly uncomfortable but so manageable!!!

    Great relief from back tension

Have been trying various things for years to relieve tight back muscles. One week in and finally relief. Was difficult to get used to but after 6 days, I even fell asleep while on the mat. I did find that for the first 5 days it brought on vivid dreams that would wake me up but now I just have a good night’s rest

    Great quality product, great results

The quality of the premium mat is very nice. Seems very well built and like it will stand the test of time.

I wasn't sure what to expect for the difficulty of the sensation, so I went with level one, and I'm glad that I did. Both my partner and I were able to do 20 minutes on bare skin with our first round, but I don't know that I would want any more intensity. The sensation is challenging for the first couple of minutes, but very relaxing and calming after. It's only been one week, but I am still using my mat either once or twice daily, because I'm drawn to the mental and physical routine of spending time doing nothing but focusing on relaxing through the slight discomfort, then drifting off in meditation or a nap (setting an alarm and listening to guided meditation or even just some soundscapes with an eye pillow while on your shakti mat is a really good way to tune up your day).

    Shockingly relaxing!

After the first minute or two, your body temp goes up and the relaxation starts to flow in. I have no idea why or HOW this device leads to a blissful relaxing feeling, but it does. I use the mat a few times a weeks and end up falling asleep just a few minutes in. After the power nap, I feel so refreshed and relaxed. Give it a shot, you’ll love it!

    I was a skeptic

I have always been a bit skeptical of the idea of acupuncture. The amount of money it costs, along with how often you have to go back to keep any sort of relief really put me off trying. Then I saw this ad on Instagram and remembered hearing Zach from Try Guys talking about how this is one of the things he uses for his chronic pain. I am not one to spend money lightly, so I did a lot more digging. I've heard some people say they got the cheap ones from Amazon to try first but switched to this because of the quality materials. I decided to just go right for this.

Quality materials indeed, plus a high focus on the environmental impact and the condition of their workers. They even planted a tree when I got it which I didn't realize was a thing, but I was so thrilled when I found out and have been using that site to plant more trees ever since.

The first time I tried it, I had a shirt on to ease myself into it. I could barely feel a thing and figured the commercials must be overexaggerating. So I took my shirt off. HUGE difference. It was definitely pretty painful, but in a way that I'm personally okay with. I put on my meditation playlist and set a timer for 30 minutes. The pain faded away into a duller sting and a warmth. At the end of the session, I got off the mat and my muscles felt looser than they do even when I get my regular cortisole injections. It didn't stay that way for a huge amount of time, but that amount of time increased the more I've done it. I also tried it…
